Tris NTA 马来酰亚胺（Tris Nitrilotriacetic acid-Maleimide）是一种具有高亲和力、高特异性的双功能交联试剂，中枢用于含组氨酸标签（His-tag）卵白的靶向偶联、活性修饰及分子互相作用磋商，浩繁诓骗于生归天学、分子生物学、卵白质组学及药物研发等科研限制，是组氨酸标签卵白功能化修饰的中枢器具。

该试剂分子结构包含两个要道功能基团：一端为三齿氮川三乙酸（Tris NTA）基团，相较于普通NTA，其与镍离子（Ni²⁺）的螯合智商更强，可酿成更沉静的Tris NTA-Ni²⁺复合物，进而高效、特异性协调含组氨酸标签的卵白，协调亲和力显耀优于传统NTA试剂；另一端为马来酰亚胺（Mal）基团，可与含有巯基（-SH）的生物分子（如卵白质、多肽、抗体、荧光染料）发生特异性加成反映，酿成沉静的硫醚键，j9game收尾观念卵白的高效偶联与功能化修饰。

Tris NTA malemide is an excellent building block to develop probes for detecting polyHIS tag proteins. Tris NTA compounds probably have the highest affinity for polyhistidine-labeled proteins. They can be used for the purification and analysis of polyhistidine-tagged proteins. AAT Bioquest offers a large family of fluorescent tris-NTA compounds that provide an efficient method for site-specific and stable noncovalent fluorescence labeling of polyhistidine-tagged proteins. In contrast to the transient binding of conventional mono-NTA， the multivalent interaction of tris-NTA compounds form a much more stable complex with polyhistidine-tagged proteins. The high selectivity of tris-NTA compounds toward cumulated histidines enable the selective labeling of proteins in cell lysates and on the surface of live cells.
